Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
If you do find your item to be defective and need to make a return, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org along with images, order number and proof of defect. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items. Shipping costs will not be refunded. If you get a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Since we print our t-shirts as they are ordered, we cannot take returns to exchange sizes. However, if you are sent the incorrect size, we can send you a new item once the purchased item has been returned.
We have a 30 day return policy. If 30 days have passed since the purchase, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you have received it. It must also be in the original unopened packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from return. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous substances or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we need a receipt or a purchase slip.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and verified, we will send you an e-mail to let you know that we have received your returned product. We will also inform you about the approval or refusal of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and the refund amount will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund yet, check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time until your refund is officially known.
Continue to contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular prices can be refunded, unfortunately sales items can not be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
